I’m so excited and happy to share with you that my favorite yoga studio that I go to in Marbella, Yogazone, is currently offering online classes due to the quarantine that started in Spain on the 16th March. The studio offers yoga, pilates and meditation classes that you can either stream online and you can choose if the rest of the guests & the teacher can see you or not, or if the practice time is not suitable for you, they can also send you a link of the class so you can do it at your own time! I just did a Pilates class this morning with the lovely Tracey and I’m looking forward to enjoying the other classes later at night, when my baby girl sleeps. Since they started the quarantine, me and my partner have actually taken up daily meditation and yoga together, which we never had time to do together. Ok, let me rephrase that - we never really made time for it, but always wanted to, so I think this weird chaos time is the perfect opportunity to relax, stop worrying (even if it’s for 30 minutes or an hour) and inhale and exhale deeply and do things you never had time to do!
Moreover, not only does yoga, pilates and meditation help you physically, but these practices are good for your Body, Mind, and Soul. By moving the body while focusing on the breath, you will feel that you get stronger, more flexible and the tension will release, leaving you feeling empowered, more connected and focused.
