Before your ‘board’ the lovely team briefed us all about the security measures and other information you need to know before your ‘flight’. Before heading up, all the guests will be treated to welcome drinks, making it easier to relax and not think about the height factor. But to be honest, once you’re up there it doesn’t feel scary or that high. All you can see is the breathtaking view and all you can taste is amazing food. My favourite dish from the 5 course menu was the Spider Crab Cannelloni with a Cardinal Prawn and the Special Magnum Dessert is the perfect finish to this gastronomic journey.
