We all know love goes through the stomach, so why not treat your loved ones for an excellent meal in one of these restaurants listed below. If you're favorite romantic restaurant isn't listed here, please feel free to add it in the comments below!

1. Casanis Casanis has been one of my favorites for years. It's acozy and romantic Mediterranean bistrot restaurant with french and belgian kitchen influences, located in the charming old town of Marbella.

2. Origen

Origen, located in the centre of Marbella, near Frank's Corner is a fairly new restaurant, but it has definitely creeped up in my favorite restaurant list quickly. The welcoming warmth of the interiors, stunning wood and leather features, open wood fire and of course their incredible Steaks makes the perfect place to Steak care of the one you love this Valentines!

3. Serafina

Located in the stunning 5* Hotel Puente Romano, Serafina transforms you to a Tuscan vineyard. With the ancient Puente Romano bridge as your backdrop, Serafina transports you from contemporary Marbella to classic Italy. Relax at the capable hands of chefs (and brothers) Marco and Carlo Morelli for a delicious Italian experience. If you love Italian, this is your choice for Valentine's.

4. La Terraza de la Torre de Benahavis

La Torre is situated in the quaint village of Benahavis and after years of visiting, it never disappoints. The owner is always present making sure you get the best experience. Whether you're going for fish or meat - the food will not disappoint. And as for the wine, try my favorite 'Quinta Tierra'. Bon appetit!

5. La Rosa

This small Argentinean restaurant might not seem that romantic when you park, since it's next to the highway in Guadalmina, but once you step in, you're instantly transformed to a new intimate world. Besides having the best Lomo Alto Steak, also their service is one of the best I have ever witnessed.

6. Sea Grill

Enjoy a taste of local, Mediterranean seafood with a glass of champagne as you watch the waves at the 5* Resort of Puente Romano's Sea Grill restaurant. On yheir outdoor decking, you can embrace the natural surroundings of the palm-fringed promenade showcasing the impressive mountainous backdrop of La Concha. Sea Grill boasts breathtaking views of the beach and, even if you decide to dine inside, our floor to ceiling glass walls will allow you to enjoy your meal with unrestricted views of the seascape. If you're a lover of seafood, then look no further!

7. Trocadero Arena

Trocadero Arena is a lovely romantic seaside restaurant in Marbella, located in the Río Real beach area. Exquisitely decorated by Lorenzo Queipo de Llano, it has a cool safari look, but it's still very chic and intimate. Its culinary options are based on ingredients with a prominent Mediterranean touch, but in this case also enhanced by significant Asian influences. In addition to typical rice dishes, fish and meat, the menu also includes specialist Japanese cuisine that is ideal for savoring by the sea.

8. Casa Mono

Casamono is a very distinctive restaurant in Marbella that brings together great food, good music and the arts. Travelling is what truly influences the concept behind this restaurant. The owners always get new inspiration from abroad which provides a great selection of changes in the menu, so that customers always be surprised. It has one of the most beautiful and romantic terraces in the city and with its cool ambiance is perfect for a romantic night out. Since Casa Mono is closed for winter season, try their sister restaurant Monkey Club in Puente Romano Hotel.

9.Magna Cafe

Situated next to a golf course in Nueva Andalucia, Magna cafe offers stunning views and excellent cuisine. You can choose to dine indoors or on their beautiful terrace - intimate, elegant, romantic!

10.The Grill at Marbella Club

Last, but not least, I must mention also the famous Grill at the renowned Marbella Club Hotel. Historical dishes delivered with panache in a romantic setting. Dine under the stars surrounded by the scent of jasmine and bougainvillea or in their dining room with its rich interior centred by the legendary grill. The menu features classics such as soufflés along with innovative dishes created by award-winning chef, Juan Gálvez. Only the best cuts of meat reach the grill and the emphasis is on seasonally available ingredients. And don't forget to have a drink forst at the stunning Champagne Room! This is the place for a real luxurious Valentine's dinner.
