A few weekends ago me and my fiancé! (yes, we got engaged last weekend) enjoyed a lovely lunch at one of the top beach clubs in Marbella - at Nikki Beach. It’s actually the 15th anniversary this summer for this beautiful Marbella beach club. Located in Elviria, where you’ll find one of the finest white sandy beaches, the beach club comprises of a stunning swimming pool with VIP beds on a raised deck, a large open air restaurant, a centrally located octagon-shaped bar, a Lifestyle Boutique and a VIP terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea. even if you’re not up for tanning or partying by the pool, Nikki Beach is a perfect summer lunch place with its extensive menu including delicious salads, creative sushi rolls, original seafood entrees not to mention the desserts!
We started off by having a round of summery cocktails and shared the Mezze platter that features everything from, Falafel and beetroot hummus to baba ganoush and tabbouleh - all of my favourites! When you’re at Nikki, you must try their famed sushi - go for the Nikki Beach’s Sushi Dragon - you will not be disappointed or hungry! We finished our lunch with some light dessert, the Fruit Minestrone, which is basically a lovely organic seasonal fruit salad, with a local farm mango juice topped with homemade lemon and basil sorbet! Yes, it actually tasted just as good as it sounded.. All in all, a real dreamy lunch place for a date or for a girls day out on the beach. Just remember, tell only your best friends!
