Why is Maca good?

Maca is a powerful Peruvian root that gives energy, endurance, hormonal balance and enhances fertility. The Inca Empire warriors took this natural caffeine-free and sugar-free energiser before going into battle, so why not blend our organic Maca in your pre-workout shake or meal and see the difference. Besides increasing stamina, Maca has also been used for centuries to enhance and balance sexual desire in both men and women.

  • Energy & Mood
Maca is a natural, caffeine-free and sugar-free energiser so you get the energy lift without any downside. Clinical trials have shown its positive effects on energy, stamina, and mood.

  • Endurance & Stamina
Use mega Maca as your fuel for endurance and stamina. Add Maca in your pre-workout shake or meal and feel the difference!

  • Combats Stress & Fatigue
Maca Powder balances the body's delicate endocrine system, supporting natural energy and vitality—without the undesirable effects of stimulants. It's a fiber-rich food and a good source of plant protein (around 10%).

  • Nature’s Viagra
Maca has been used for centuries to enhance and balance sexual desire in both men and women.

  • Antioxidant Booster
Maca acts as a natural antioxidant, and boosts levels of glutathione and SOD (superoxide dismutase). These are two major disease fighters in the body.

How to use it?

Recommended daily serving:

1-2 teaspoons

This “Peruvian Ginseng” has a sweet nutty taste and can easily blend into milk, juices, smoothies, coffee and dessert recipes.

Smoothies & Juices

The easiest way is to add a teaspoon to a tablespoon to individual smoothies, juices or protein shakes. The malty flavor works particularly well with chocolatey flavors, but it also goes well with fruitier flavors, for example, Strawberry-Vanilla Maca Smoothie.

Maca powder is also a good addition to energy balls or no-bake sweets. Try adding a couple of tablespoons or so to other no-bake treats like Brownies Fruit Bars.

Another easy way to use Maca is to sprinkle it onto your hot or cold cereals. Use 1 to 2 teaspoons, otherwise the flavor may overwhelm your cereal.
