Swing Yoga, Free Infrared Sauna & More in my Pärnu Summer Holiday Vlog Vol.2

Here’s another vlog of our summer holidays in my hometown Parnu, Estonia. This time, I tried swing yoga with Kehatunnetuse Stuudio in my favorite beach club in Parnu, called Dyyn. Great experience and they also had a childrens class after the adults, so my daughter joined me. You’ll see in the video a few of the exercises we did, but it was really the perfect way to start the day!

Then I’ll show you how to enjoy FREE infrared sauna session in Tervise Paradiis Spa Hotel & Water Park. They have great group classes and a gym and of course an aqua park/water park and spa where we went with the kids as well and it’s a must visit and super fun, as even though Jack is 3 and not old enough for some of the rides, they allow the adults to have the kid in their lap.

Another favorite place of mine and the kids in Parnu, is the beautiful esoteric Angel shop called Väike Ingel aka Little Angel. It’s located on the Main Street, Rüütli, and we can honestly spend hours there with my kids. We sit and enjoy some magical crystal water, take some angel cards and choose some crystals or jewelry to buy. And I always buy some souvenir gifts for my friends here too.

Last but not least, I also show you one of my favorite indoor soft plays for the kids. Perfect when it rains in Pärnu and you don’t know what to do with them, visit Lotte Play Park at Hestia Hotel Strand, very near the beach. The ticket is just €9 and if you visit it in the morning you can come back later in the evening with the same wristband! And the adults don’t pay. And when the weather is good you must visit the big Lottemaa aka Lotteland which is located outside of Parnu and you can honestly spend a whole day there, walking around the different houses and areas, they have theatre shows and cafes and also a beach play area - my kids love it. Another indoor fun park that just opened this year is Skypark in Kaubamajakas Mall, with a large trampoline arena, a huge climbing core, and interactive games, the indoor park is suitable for the whole family.
